One more day of the holidays? This is crazy it feels like they’ve only just begun. I don’t want the holidays to end but at the same time I’m itching to go back!
I’ve been having a great holiday doing all sorts of things. From chomping my way through a series of books or listening to “Emma” by Jane Austen with my family. That was really fun because mum had already read the book so my sister and I were guessing away at who was going to marry whom while mum was sitting there watching us and not dropping a hint. I also really enjoyed it when my grand parents from Queensland came to spend Christmas with us, although they had to go early so that the floods wouldn’t get them. That brings me to something else. We were supposed to go up to Queensland the week of the floods on the THURSDAY, the day the floods were at their peak. So we canceled th flight.
